behind the progress.

Aileen
After nine months of coaching, her doctor cleared her from six years of Type 2 diabetes medication. Her doctor made that call. Coaching supported the plan.

Albie
19 lbs down since December 2025, body fat down 6.7%, muscle retained. Habits came first, then the plan adjusted at the plateau.

Karren Domingo
Overweight for five years, then running, then coaching. Six months in, she hit her goals. Now she trains 2 to 3 times a week to keep them.

Jeffrey
“The hardest part is always taking the first step.”

Aira
A life disruption cut her in-person sessions. She kept going, filmed her own squat without being asked, and brought her nutrition tweak to her coach.

C.E.N.
“Just start and come what may.”
